Moving from the lower 48 to Alaska I wasn’t sure about finding a good personal trainer. I think I was lucky to have trained under Kris. Kris helped me understand the importance of fitness and correct nutrition. He made me realize that fitness is not a goal or a resolution, rather its a journey. I am impressed with the changes I have seen in me and thank Kris for this. I think the most important and impressive thing about training under him was that he is more of a friend who walks you through the concept and science of the workouts and associated muscle groups
